A 选项中不知道是我自己理解的问题还是老师讲错了。
“由于这个定语从句中的谓语动词是复数” 这句话是假设谓语动词“create“是正确的用法，所以我们推导出定语从句修饰的主语是复数。如果逻辑如此那显然是错的，我们不可以假设选项中的谓语动词单复数形式一定正确。
gmatclub上的解释是，因为"in an individual"这个短语的性质是介词，所以后面修饰名词的定语从句可以跳过它直接修饰"emotional reactions".
