B选项：having their ability to survive是伴随状语，可以表达两个小句间的因果关系，但是，本选项会引发赘余的情况。由于伴随状语的逻辑主语和其主句主语相同，所以本选项中的伴随状语在逻辑上为：
Turtles have their ability to survive on weekly or even monthly feedings.
显然地，their是赘余的。乌龟肯定是拥有自己的能力，不可能还拥有“别人”的能力。因此应该写为：
