C的定语并列有问题，之前有题目也是这么玩的，不过resembling 表主动在这里作定语比较靠谱

因为感觉并列关系并没有那么严格的要求把，又不是but的强转折或者，ving，如果不让用and并列那应该用什么连词呢？

我是用排除法做的。后来想了想，作者为什么得出结论那些因为自动化而失去工作的人需要政府补贴，因为招不到工作才需要失业补贴。这样A就是一个加强：因为那些人很难找到工作。
