公司计划扩大生产和继续广告，为哪个选项会削弱这项计划。
然后E选项说即便价格下降了，销量也仍然下降了，然后呢？没有理解这个逻辑....

做题时纠结点在于：觉得在两年之间的比较不能用最高级，所以选了一个咩有最高级的D。

However, "the lowest level in two years" means that if we look at all the levels over a two year period, this would be the lowest point.
Imagine a graph of daily, weekly, or monthly values for the past two years. We're talking about the absolute lowest point on that graph.
