这题好绕。只能根据答案倒推逻辑，这个题目不是问从海里提取铀的成本有没有可能降低，而是问整件事有没有意义。评估这件事的首要考虑是做这件事到底有没有意义，而不是这件事里的东西可行不可行。如果陆地上的铀足够多的话，那何必去海水里提取呢？不用去海水里提取就更不用考虑它的成本问题了
