第一题是说2009年和2011年亚洲市场份额保持一致，求2009年的实际数量。2011年总数799，亚洲184，比例大概是23%，2009年总数300，乘以23%得到69，当然是超过50了。

所以这其实是一道典型的架桥题，需要建立起macrophages和nitrates之间的关联，而只有c选项提到了both
