A错在having：
presuming(that), 表示假设某事发生，如果……，用法类似if，后面跟从句。它不是伴随状语，是个从属连词，跟的是句子，presuming本身没有逻辑主语。
同样用法的还包括providing (that)，provided (that)， assuming (that)

有些同学可能会问，为什么我不能把conducted看成是个过去分词短语呢。答案是否定的，因为公司必须要主动发出conduct这个动作，而过去分词短语只能表示被动。

如果关系代词that在从句中做宾语，就可以省略。如：
the flowers （that） I bought yesterday....
that指代flowers，在从句中做bought的宾语，就可以省略。
做主语的话就不能省。如：
All that glitters is not gold. 发光的不都是金子。
that在从句中做glitter的主语，所以不能省。
