B的was是不恰当的时态，having a prescription跟随主句的一般现在时，后面的prescription was ineffective because the dosage was too low是过去时，表示处方在过去是无效的，剂量在过去是低的。
D/E的when是不好的表达，for example是在对inadequate treatment，后面应该接的是和treatment相等的内容。when是时间状语，不是一件事的内容。如：A do B, when C happened. C 和B并不是两件相等的事情。
