B项相当于是让结论不一定成立的干扰因吧，这里结论是“他们能多赚一美元（相对于在国内）”，感觉还是翻译的问题，这里make a dollar more就是“多赚”的意思，但是如果农民的小麦涌向世界市场导致供大于求，压低市价，最后的结果可能是入不敷出，赚不赚都是问题了，讨论的可能就是少亏一美元的事了。也不知道我这角度靠不靠谱，最近CR贼迷～

B反驳的点是：农民把小麦拿到国际市场上去卖以后，会导致国际市场上小麦的供需发生变化，使得小麦价格下跌，于是每bushel就不能多挣1美元了。
C是说农民把小麦拿到国际市场去卖，自己出的运输和中间商费用，会跟多挣的这1美元持平。但是题目里头说的是跑掉了运输和中间商费用了。
