所以作者其实根本就没提供evidence，他只是重复讲了自己的结论

这个reasoning存在的问题是光解释什么是cultural background也没用啊，还是没能说明为什么考虑cultural background有助于评估艺术作品？所以A的presupposes the conclusion是可选的，她根本没reasoning，只是在预先假设结论就是对的。
