town总数不是只有2500人，文字游戏
条件(1) 其实是指的X镇有2500人，因为带有冠词the；之所以insufficient是因为我们不能假设X镇只有World和Globe两种报纸。
{不读报纸}={不读World且不读Globe且不读Others}⊆{不读world且不读Globe}
条件一的意思是X镇中的2500人中balabala，不是说X镇有2500人。
题目并没有告诉报纸只有Word和Global两种种类，无法得知既读Word又读Global的有多少人
