先把mn=12通过因数方法的把m，n的所有组合列出来，再用(2)去筛，最后只剩下一组解符合要求。
mn=12其实m和n的取值共有6种情况；lowest terms也有很多种形式，因此条件1/2分开来都不充分
只有合起来时，m=4,n=3的情况下是唯一满足条件的，因此选C
