Since clean and fast-growing are adjectives, while pay is a verb, we need a way to provide all of these traits without trying to make them parallel items in one list. So we have the verb ARE to introduce the adjectives, and the verb PAY to make the last point.
所以不能是三个形容词的并列，只能是前面两个形容词用and连接
后面的that pay 与that are XX 并列表示industries的情况
这里的平行结构是industries【that are clean and fast-growing】, and【that pay good wages to skilled workers】
没选C的时候没有注意到fast-growing前面没有用逗号连接啊啊啊
adj and adj 定从that and 定从that
C：xxx industries that are clean and (are) fast-growing and (industries) that pay good wages to xxx
E：paying和clean不是一种性质，一个是动作性的ving，一个是形容词。
