overlook 后面不可以接宾从，只有overlook the fact that
ask, refuse, cause, force, condemn, admire, like/dislike, celebrate这些后面都不能直接接that，但可以用it 或者 the fact 作为媒介
这些不能直接接that的词之间有什么联系么，还是只能死记硬背。。。
主要的判断方式就是拿到一个词看一下接that 从句会不会很奇怪或者之前从没见过
大部分动词后面都不能直接that从句，比如什么eat, drink, make, take, play, appreciate, do, goi等，这些都能判断
能直接接that从句的大概有这么几类：
1. 观点类动词：think, suppose, assume
2. 认知类动词：know, understand, notice
3. 转述类动词：say, report
4. 希冀类动词：hope, expect
5. 赞同类动词：agree, approve
6. 承认类动词：admit, acknowledge
7. 决定类动词：decide, conclude
8. 记忆类动词：remember, recall
9. 发现类动词：discover, find
10. 请求、建议、命令类：require, suggest, order
