两种例外情况：
a. 表示强调时，可以将still置于句首，但常用逗号隔开。
来自牛津词典的一条解释：despite what has just been said （虽然…）还是；但；不过.

此时的用法跟but接近，用了despite后面就不能用still了。类似用了although就不能用but一样。

C： 应该是 households are still nearly 5 million，应该是 households 的 《数量》 是 5 million
E: 动词里 flow out from 可（查了字典），这里是名词 flow from就成，无out。 官方解释是：still要是当时间指示词，得放在必动词后边（like正确答案）
。如果作为类似于nevertheless的词（官方也没说做啥成分，他说something like nevertheless)
，就跟despite重复。

C的错误在于，Japan's farm households is 5 million表述正确，应改为：there are 5 million households或者the number of Japan's households is 5 million 或者 5 million households in Japan 都可以对登录 或 注册 后可以参加讨论
