我是这么觉得的，这个题里面其实只有B选项是动物比动物，其他都是动物和脂肪在比。但是Laos那个题，和这边的区别是comparable之后是在描述area，所以应该是area比that of GB， 那就是area 比area. 本题比较干脆，直接用了比较状语，其实是不太一样。期待老师答案。
你自己也说了Laos那题是area跟area在比，那本题C选项就是脂肪跟脂肪在比，而不是你说的动物跟脂肪在比。而脂肪跟脂肪比可以呀
C 是 动物有脂肪 比较 脂肪 （我吃了苹果 比较 苹果？按照平行，应该是我吃了苹果比较你吃了苹果，或苹果 比 苹果) 同理，这个题应该是动物有脂肪 比较 家畜有脂肪 或 脂肪 比 脂肪
另，老挝有land area 比 (that of-land area) of 英国
在老挝那里可以比area, 为什么这里C不行了呢？既然你认为老挝有land area比that of 英国可以接受；为什么C里你要翻译成动物有脂肪比较脂肪呢，那不是跟老挝那题一样吗，如果这里你觉得翻译成动物有脂肪和脂肪比不对，那老挝那题应该也是老挝有土地比土地了
是因为句型不一样啊。你纠结的是Laos那句吧。后面comparable to...中文意思是比较，但是句子结构我认为并没有被分隔开，其实整个句子就是Laos has area, 后面comparable to that of GB就是在修饰area. 我百度了几个comparable to的例子你可以感受下，不可能是句子的主语在和comparable to后面的在比，就是compare前面这个名词在比(或者说在修饰这个名词)。
