我觉得eco shift 应该是人们没有能力去区分识别吧 为什么是eco shift的固有属性呢，所以不是很明白
大型的经济变化本身在最开始就和小的波动完全一样，和随机波动没有很大区别~所以，不能说是某些人为的情况影响了波动被识别的程度。
