为什么不选B It 形式宾语指代一个句子呢？比如 it is wise that you help her. 还是说It作形式宾语不能指代句子？必须用for sb. to do sth.?
B 中的从句that a United States citizen hold能做宾语吗.？ 从句太长后置了，是不是去掉it 这B选项也对？
To hold 是做宾补嘛？
for a United States citizen to hold整体叫不定式的复合结构，整体做make的宾语。现在make的宾语it是个形式宾语，指代这个for sb to do sth的。
