我找了一些解释，但是不能说服自己。BE我可以排除，但是关于CD，为什么说and instead/rather to come是不平行的呢？ 可以理解为和to avoid平行吧？或者有其他排除CD 的原因吗？
要从选项C和选项D最大的成分差异点来看。选项A整个划线部分是confidence的同位语从句，相当于“经济会避免衰退”这件事是”信心“的内容。这是合乎逻辑的。但是在选项C和选项D中，in ability或in economy都是介词短语，做confidence的定语。意思是，在能力里的信心或在经济里的信心。这都是不对的（信心不会藏在经济或者能力中吧）。
