选对了，但是对moderating做的成分有疑问，是伴随状语吗，所以它修饰的是不是land？

两个并列是成分用and连接时，and身前不能有逗号。例如，一般我们说：

我是这样理解的哈：你引用的例句里面，James and I是主语并列，谓语动词都是went,是简单句里面的成分并列；这个题目里面并列的是三个句子，maintaining, moderating, giving都是谓语动词，身后跟了不同的宾语，并列句之间用逗号隔开。
投资100刀，每年挣2刀是逻辑关系上的并列。
乱说。。maintaining，moderating，giving不算是谓语，而是动名词（所以也是名词）。
应该是，两个名词并列时不用逗号，三个名词并列需要逗号。

总不能说是I like apple banana and orange.吧？
关于and前面的逗号，我的理解是，题中的成分太长，为了清晰和避免歧义，所以在and前面加逗号。
