原则上讲，and只要并列成分相同的2个部分（即功能平行），不需要严格要求语形和语义上都是平行的。但是看到你在这个题目中，甚至还有一些其他的题目中的解析，又说and需要前后两者语形、语义完全平行，所以我现在有点搞不清楚了，到底and的平行应该是怎么样的？还是“跟着感觉走”？看题目的情况？但是，这样貌似有点不靠谱吧......
豆号+and这种情况，前后连接两个完整的句子（都有主语和谓语），如果是并列的话，要看功能，比如并列动词词组，verb phrase，只要求动词时态和单复数一致就可以，动词后面修饰语可以不同，比如前一个动词由介词短语修饰，后一个动词用副词修饰，都没有问题。
