Let the total no. of pizzas sold be 'T'.
Mushroom pizzas, M = (1/8)T;
Remaining pizzas = (7/8)T;
Pepperoni pizzas = (1/3) * (7/8)T = (7/24)T;
Since, no. of pepperoni pizzas sold is given as n, we can say that n = (7/24)T;
T = 24n/7;
Sub this T in M:
M = (1/8) * 24n/7 = 3n/7.
