求问选项D怎么排除？是因为with么？
也是也不是。从解题角度来说，我们要看大不看小。选项D主句的主干信息为“wolf decline estimate”，意思是，狼降到了一个估计上。选项E的主干信息为“wolf decline 200,000”，意思是，狼降到了一个数字上。从常理上来说，狼应该是会降到一个数字上，不是估计（估计也是估计的数字）。至于with的问题，确实也是有错的。选项D中逗号以后是状语，选项E是同位语。D在描述动作，而E在描述200,000。逻辑上很明显应该描述数字，和下降这个动作没关系。
但当然，with的问题不应该在实战时被考虑。因为主句的主干有问题，一定是先解决主句主干问题。
