请问E的问题是什么，看OG上的解释，说因为ince it was introduced in the 1920s与被修饰对象 has grown rampant 隔开了，但C也是隔开了呀，只是E多了一个逗号而已。很不明白，请大牛们帮忙解释一下，谢谢~~~~
个人意见：
不带逗号的“since”表示时间起始点，带了逗号的“since”的功能变成了引导原因状语从句。
