看了外网的解析。有一点大家都忽视了，就是2,000 gasoline-powered trucks 和 2000 trucks that are powered by gasoline语意上的差别。前者表示的“这所有2000个汽油发动的卡车”，后者表示“2000个卡车中汽油发动的卡车”，没有了“全部”的意思。
另外B中的跳跃修饰不算绝对错误，但相对A来说不优。
A中用到的词组应该是convert sth to sth: convert gasoline-powered trucks to (trucks ) run on c-b gas, 这里run是done结构修饰trucks。一开始我以为run是动词，觉得没有convert sth to do 这个表达就排除了A，然而B中的语意错误是GMAT不能忍的。

语义没有区别，如果有区别，会加上 part of them are powered by gasoline. 某些人的解释都是拿OG，照搬OG解释，然后去添加自己的想象。B没A好就是没A简洁啊。。。。
