为什么A不能理解成是一个它因呢？=> 现在人口的死亡不是由于城市卫生的原因，而是车祸造成的，所以城市卫生状况改善并不能降低死亡率。因此人口增长并没有加速。
的确可以这样理解，但是题目没有说明现在这两个因素导致的死亡率如何。举个栗子，如果以前卫生导致6%的死亡率，现在卫生0.5%，最主要的交通问题是2%，那死亡率恐怕就不是导致人口增长保持不变的主要因素了？
