设y=kx+b
（1）y=3bx+b 单独不行
（2）（-1/3，0） 单独不行
联立，看起来好像是可以的，代进去谁知道被约掉了， 0=-b+b， 这样是求不出b的值来的 无语。。。。。。

条件一：（y-0）/（0-x）=3y，假设不过原点的话，化简得出x=-1/3，只有一个点，无法推断出线的走势，不充分；如果过原点，情况更多了，更加不充分；
条件二：其实就是刚才推出来的式子，只知道一个点，还是不充分；
