条件一: 12个偶数在XY之间，有可能12偶12奇在数列里，偶奇开头都有可能；也可能奇数开头，13奇12偶和11奇12偶的情况，则数列的奇偶数量不确定；不充分；
条件二：24个整数，肯定是12奇12偶，谁先开头都一样，条件二充分；选B

条件二：存在12奇13偶，或者13奇12偶两种情况。不充分；
1+2，12偶数确定，只有13奇的情况。充分，选C
