it强调句型和it作形式主语的主语从句的区别：
强调句的结构 it is/was+被强调部分+that/who+句子其余部分，其中it is/was和that/who不作任何指代且在结构上不起任何作用，个人判断方法是将这两部分去掉并不影响原句表达，例如 (it is) you (who) saved me；
而it作形式主语的主语从句则不一样，例：It is a pity that you missed the exciting football match。 这里it 作形式主语，指代that引导的主语从句，正序是that you missed the exciting football match is a pity，可以看到这里的it is + that不能直接移去，is是充当谓语的
所以A中是两个标准的强调句型并列，也就不存在it指代问题的混淆。
