2) 用逗号将连词隔开,使得逗号前后两个句子变成独立的句子,每个句子都要有自己的主谓宾; 但是do A, B, and C等并列句型中的最后一个连词除外
3) 并列句中:有2个或3个句子并列,第2个或第3个句子中的代词应该优先指代第1句中主语
(A) demand that句型,需要使用动词原型表达虚拟语气, is应该改为be
(B) 正确, but连接独立的句子，主语it指代budget.
