(1) 0@2 =2, @ = + --> sufficient
(2) 2@0 =2, @ = + or -, HOWEVER, 1+0 or 1-0 都等於 1， --> sufficient
但是代入题干1 @ 0，都等于1，所以条件2也满足。。。
绝了
条件2 是 不管@代表+或者- 1@0都是1
