you might want to re-read the stmt-2. 3/2 more cups is different from 3/2 times more cups. when it says times, you can take s + s(3/2) but it's just a cup and half over s so s + 3/2.
（2）的意思不是多1又二分之一倍，就是加减关系
条件2是个减式子，显然得不出比例
