我的理解是B选项which既可以就近修饰country也可以修饰market，有可能引起一定的歧义；而E选项的which直接明了地修饰了country's $21 billion book market，所以为更优选项。
但是B选项语法跟逻辑上我觉得其实也行得通，这种跳跃修饰方法在其他题目里有可能是正确选项，只不过在这题里面是二者中择其优。
