这么想的话，they应该是指paleontologists了，那么对于d来说：that they have presumed（ other skeletons） to be of the same species应该是定语从句；对于e来说，就会出现双谓语了；
确实如此，谢谢！另外我觉得还有个问题就是that出现的太早了。所以和so that 组成的因果关系不对了。
