另外，e里面的“by swift messenger”前面不应该加一个表被动的was吗？每次看见by就想到被动语态是不是不正确呢？
1. 跳跃修饰和限定性或是非限定性无关。你想，它们都是定语，凭啥有的严格有的不严格呢？很多时候的跳跃修饰是“无奈”之举，当一个名词必须有两个定语，且均需要是后置定语的时候，它们自然只能顺序排在后面。这就造成了跳跃修饰，和考点无关。
2. 是的。by可以引导方式状语啊，只有被动语态身后加by才能是逻辑主语呢，咱不能颠倒因果。
