时态的一致性能解释下么【感觉很少碰到==have increased的影响持续到现在的话为什么说declined呢？

DE中的having recently added many new ...和recently adding many new restaurants的主语是主句的主语the restaurant company's sales，语义逻辑错误，排除。
C里边its不能只带所有格里边的名词the restaurant company's，而且前面的many new restaurants听起来并不是后面的the restaurant company开的，像是在说整个市场行情。

这又是个比较扯淡的题目，这里考察的不是代词，而是从句中的两个失态的一致性，既然用了完成时就都用完成时，不能一个完成时，另外一个一般时态
