我也觉得herl的解释不充分，主要是disinclination这个词的用法，查了下。
disinclination to do/for sth 基本没有disinclination in..这个用法
可能也有固定搭配的原因。我想到另一个解释：
D选项明确表达了人们愿意承认A, 但是不愿意承认B.
但是如果选C就会产生歧义：B给人们带来了不情愿，但是A没有带来不情愿，语义上不如D
有道理。A非带来非情愿（非为否定词），不如直接说A带来情愿来的明确直接。
