A ...has written a computer textbook in Spanish for people who speak Spanish and so then do not have to rely on translations from English. people (who speak Spanish and then do not have to rely on translations) and之后并列的东西用去修饰people了！不合理！
B选项：Ron：do not have to rely on ...应该是前面一个action（write a computer textbook）的结果。 但如果用 and then来连接，只能表达动作上的先后关系，而不能表达因果关系。
