我在B,C之间徘徊，错选B→首先我对文章的基本思路是理解的，但对选项地解读产生误差
proposing指的是第二段提出的那个新的方法，而不是最后所提出的更好、更环境友好的办法。
选项词汇的变化所表达的意思就不一样

B选项：在语法上，同一个代词的指代对象应相同。但在本选项中，them应指代benefits，而themselves应指代employees。
