区分will，would：这里的意思表示，很肯定的断定xxx发生，没有虚拟，没有与现在相反的语境，所以，用will最好。predict是要搭配will的，不同于expect to do。除了用在过去时态中，would用在虚拟里（与现实相反），不用在肯定语境中。

选项分析：

A选项：Correct. 本选项在语法和逻辑上均是正确的。have been predicting表达的意思是（几周以来）至今仍在预测，而且与后面的will相呼应，即，表明预测的是以后的事。
