我也错选了Ａ 我想了一下 是不是因为但是Ａ中用的expected 并不能代表实际上缆车带来的人少于本地居民 还有就是 带来的人就算少于本地居民，原先只有本地居民在这块，现在是本地居民加游客，人还是更多所以还是加快损害了，没有削弱
（如果他说 游客来了但是本地居民走了 那么游客数小于原先的本地居民 这就可以削弱了吧）
