D。这里注意的是acres并不是密度的概念而是面积的概念。而且原文告诉我们modified的并没有带来更多的产量，所以是无关的。（当然这个是有些许正义的，可能有人会说如果farmer一开始就没有ordinary种的多，那么他说产量更少就是错的啊！不过这里想和大家说的是，在GMAT里，不要怀疑GMAC爸爸给你的Premise的有效性。你要做的是找到asm和新的线索来evaluate这个argument，不是通过attack他的premise来evaluate。【这个说法有点抽象，不过大家不妨做题的时候仔细观察一下，你会发现所有asm family的题目都是这样的（至少目前而言我做了的题都是这样）】）
E. 这个个人感觉是没有争议的。因为你是不是因为用很多杀虫剂所以采用modified的种子和种子是否比ordinary的种子更加具有经济效益没有关系。就算你是因为用了很多杀虫剂才来使用的，但是发现使用的杀虫剂的数量没有改变，不过假设如2中，杀虫剂的单价大幅下降了呢？那你的成本还是小了的。所以这个是NTC（no tie to argument）的选项。
讲得很好啊，另外我觉得如果题干中“the amount of insecticide needed per acre ”改成the amount of insecticide used per acre ，那么e选项是可以对的。
