应该是A没错。我觉得E的问题在于which 的就近指代，原文的意思应该是“极端降水，极端温度，极端风暴“这些是明显的影响。而E里面感觉只说了风暴这一个东西是明显结果。而且我之前做过的有关indicate，announce，predict好像一般都用的是would表示将来有可能发生的情况。open to discussion
