D选项：payments...to be made ----redundant;划线句子前的that后接被动语态，而其前面是主动语态，这样的结构不优；
E选项：payments...to be made ----redundant;最后的时态will be有问题；
1. 代词单复数需要与实体保持一致，主语为bank单数, 贷款为loads复数。AB错误；2.同一代词不能同时指代两个事物，B项第一个it指代银行，第二个it指代贷款（单复数错误）；3. payments和be paid重复使用。DE错误。4. 被动语态导致不知道谁不期待实现付款。DE错误。
