D没有很平行...not only are thieves....but also pilfer....，我记得Ron在200x年左右的一条帖子里说过平行里一个有be，另一个也需要有，否则就都不要有。（不知道现在规矩变了没）而且to sell修饰的只是contract bidding plans，而不是全部，这是和原文相悖的。
