因为 24 被 n 整除余 4，所以 24=q*n+4.

I . q*n=20.因为q的奇偶性不能确定，所以，也不能确定n的奇偶性。n 可能是奇数，q 为偶数时， q=4,n=5;

II．q*n=20，因为余数是4，所以n肯定是大于4的整数,而且n还是20的因数。n 是大于4 的20的因数，就是5,10,20.所以,n肯定是5的倍数。

IV. q*n=20, 所以n肯定是20的因数。

综上：答案就是D.
