问一下A、B的to to和doing问题，说话者可以决定评估宇宙扩展速度这件事情是否发生，为啥不用to do呢？
我个人认为，这里没强调有任何一个团体或某人to estimate的困难，而是客观地说Estimating the expansion rate这件事，所以要用ing形式。不知道能不能帮到你；）

还是不太能理解E选项的解析，想请问如果我想用e的倒装方法去强调没有标尺的话，这句话要怎么说呢？
because all distances can be measured by no single yardstick.
这里没有衡量标准在because里做状语，但它是导致不能评估宇宙的扩展速度的直接原因，应该做because的主语。
让no single yardstick 做主语，再把句子倒装就可以了。
相同的疑惑...我感觉E逻辑和语法上都没啥错误...
可能把all 改成any就可以了吧

E既不是倒装错了，也不是all错了，它是成分用得不对。no single yardstick 是造成它困难的原因，应该作句子的主要成分（主语或宾语），B把它用作原因状语从句的宾语，E 把它用作原因状语从句的状语，处于从句的第二层，类似于把一个重要的元素藏在一个句子的小角落，不便于说话者达意，也不便于听者/读者理解。

E选项的句意理解有问题 应该把倒装先还原
还要注意there be句型造成的意思的不同
因为是普遍性而不是特殊性, 所以应该同estimating,而不是to estimate
1.不偏好:介系詞若放在句尾,容易和後面的緊跟的動詞看成同一組 > 目前沒有正確選項 有此結構
2.there be句型，其核心成分为“there is a lack”，即“这里有一个缺少”。但直接导致“估计速度是个难题的”应该是“没有标尺”这件事，而不仅仅是“这里有个缺少”。

觉得E选项老师说的不对，为什么要还原倒装才能所谓看出核心意思？倒装说明强调“没有标尺”这件事啊，所以E逻辑还是“因为没标尺，所以是难题”。个人意见
倒装只是成分的顺序变了 但每个成分的“职责”是不会变的~每个句子的核心一定是谓语动词哟

注意“a lack of a single yardstick”，说明single yardstick是存在的，只不过是不够，而no表示压根就没有
