because all distances can be measured by no single yardstick.这里没有衡量标准在because里做状语，但它是导致不能评估宇宙的扩展速度的直接原因，应该做because的主语。
让no single yardstick 做主语，再把句子倒装就可以了。
相同的疑惑...我感觉E逻辑和语法上都没啥错误...
可能把all 改成any就可以了吧
用E的倒装方法去强调没有标尺的话，要改成: It is a notoriously difficult problem to estimate the expansion rate of the universe because no single yardstick can be used to measure all distances. =To estimate the expansion rate of the universe is a notoriously difficult problem because…….E既不是倒装错了，也不是all错了，它是成分用得不对。no single yardstick 是造成它困难的原因，应该作句子的主要成分（主语或宾语），B把它用作原因状语从句的宾语，E 把它用作原因状语从句的状语，处于从句的第二层，类似于把一个重要的元素藏在一个句子的小角落，不便于说话者达意，也不便于听者/读者理解。
