为什么likely to exceed都可以省略the current one不能省略..B也有 drivers are the current one的歧义啊..因为没有跟current drivers对应的previous drivers所以这个选项也有错啊...
比较句的省略
这道题真真是错了无数遍了...
如果E选项没有they are，那就会有歧义吧？不知道current one 是和proposed speed limit比较，还是和drivers比较，所以要补出They are,这样就知道是和drivers进行的比较
意思是司机很有可能和现在一样超速，暗指现在也超速了。提题意没有明白。
be likely to do
as……as 句型，equally与as一起出现设置障碍。
比较时确定情景比较对象。
做本题的时候我没有找到比较对象，句子意思也模模糊糊，就选择了一个模糊的答案。对我而言凡是做语法题选完之后依然读不懂题进入不了情景的就说明，这题就一定没有做对。

B选项：不能用equally…as…
