convert A to B，把A转换成B，这是是全部替换，把A扔了换成B；convert还可以表示改装，convert a car or equipment to do sth。A：convert gasoline-powered trucks to run on cleaner gas.把烧汽油的车改装成烧清洁能源，车子还是那个车子，只是能源系统改装了。如果是convert gasoline-powered trucks to trucks that run on cleaner gas则是把烧汽油的车扔了，换成烧清洁能源的车。

1、当不定式的动作执行者不是句子的主语时，不定式的前面要加一个名词或代词来充当不定式的逻辑主语。
SV+for/of sb to do sth，如：I buy a pen to write,我来买我来写；I buy a pen for you to write.我来买你来写。

毕老师，D选项解析中UPS是使用天然气的主语，那to convert就是主补，而应该是trucks to convert，作宾补？ 错因是trucks不能主动convert to ```gas，而是UPS使trucks to convert to gas? 这样想哪里错了啊？
看了外网的解析。有一点大家都忽视了，就是2,000 gasoline-powered trucks 和 2000 trucks that are powered by gasoline语意上的差别。前者表示的“这所有2000个汽油发动的卡车”，后者表示“2000个卡车中汽油发动的卡车”，没有了“全部”的意思。
另外B中的跳跃修饰不算绝对错误，但相对A来说不优。
A中用到的词组应该是convert sth to sth: convert gasoline-powered trucks to (trucks ) run on c-b gas, 这里run是done结构修饰trucks。一开始我以为run是动词，觉得没有convert sth to do 这个表达就排除了A，然而B中的语意错误是GMAT不能忍的。

语义没有区别，如果有区别，会加上 part of them are powered by gasoline. 某些人的解释都是拿OG，照搬OG解释，然后去添加自己的想象。B没A好就是没A简洁啊。。。。

记录一下自己的想法： Plan (计画）语意上搭配不定词to+V ，检视A/B A用gasoline-powered trucks B用 trucks （in the Los Angeles area ）that are powered by gasoline 形容词子句表达，A的修饰更明确，B虽然文法正确，但限定修饰that 看似修饰洛杉矶，较不好。
简洁性
显然在此处plan to比起其他几个选项在此处更为合适，排除CDE，gasoline-powered和that are powered by gasoline两者相比显然前者更为简洁。
