理解错误，测试不出来是一层意思，测试出来是不诚实的但是这个结果本身被错误理解又是一层意思。

我以为C中unfairly held的意思指 举办test的流程不公平性，而不是test本身是不公平的。
B为什么不对啊？test 是inclusive -- 但还有employer用test来hire -- 这对employee来说是不公平的 -- 所以employer不应该用这个test
